Kershaw Shun Japanese Cutlery

The Kershaw Shun Classic line utilizes European shapes, has a double bevel edge, and is well known for its beautiful Damascus-clad patterned blades. The handles have a distinct ridge that goes down the side of the handle to fit perfectly in the hand and stabilize the blade, preventing unnecessary turning and twisting. They are made from gorgeous Pakka wood, which is dishwasher safe.

The Shun Classic line uses VG-10 stainless steel that has the flexibility and strength to take and keep a perfect edge.
